Our Expert Team
Lynn, his son Josh, and son-in-law Trent have been serving the residents of Alabama for decades, turning backyard dreams into reality. With thousands of satisfied customers, Earl’s Pools has become a trusted leader in the fiberglass pool industry.
Lynn Bush
Lynn is the owner of Earl’s Pools and has over 35 years’ experience in the pool and spa industry. He has swept the floors, run service and repairs, and been involved in every aspect of selling, building, and servicing pools and spas since the business started.
He and his wife Karen have been blessed with two wonderful children and four amazing grandchildren. His strong work ethic and passion for people is built on his faith in Jesus Christ.
Josh Bush
Josh is the co-owner of Earl’s Pools and has worked with his dad, Lynn, for as long as he can remember. He came on full time in 2004 and enjoys building relationships with customers of Earl’s Pools, and is grateful for the opportunity to work with closely with his dad.
Josh and his wife Amanda have been married since 2005 and are blessed with two wonderful kids, Kadyn and Brandt.
Trent King
Trent is originally from South Carolina. After marrying Kristin, the daughter of Lynn and Karen Bush, they moved back to Alabama where Trent began his career with Earl’s Pools. Trent and Kristen have been blessed with their son Haskell Trace and daughter Blythe Stella.
Trent worked for Holcim, a global cement manufacturing company for seven years prior to coming to work at Earl’s Pools. Back home, Trent trained and broke racehorses for his family’s business, and fished in bass tournaments with Bassmasters and FLW Outdoors.
